1997 Porsche 993 Cabriolet for Sale
Black Metallic/Tan 6 Speed with Limited Slip Differential, 90k miles, V ram 3.6 engine. Weekend Rides is offering this 993 as one of our shop projects which we repaired and sold. It was justvtrsddd back to us on a most snviabymachine, a C4s 993 from one of our long time clients who has purchased several 911 from us.
The 993 had suffered some very minor fresh water damage to its main ECU DME computer, we replaced it with a rebuilt one from our massive inventory of 993 parts. The replacement electrical control unit comes with a 5 year limited warranty. We reprogramed the immobilizer to operate on two new key fobs while we were installing the new ecu and cleaned all the electrical connections under the seats, ensuring no long term effects of the fresh water flood will be evident nor cause any problems.
We had driven the cabriolet a few hundred miles and sold it, we are pleased to be able to offer it for sale once again.
We are confident the new owner will be enjoying it for many years. The interior has a beautiful wood grain trim option including shift knob. Riding on Michelin Pilot Tires with deep thread. The cabriolet wears mostly all of its original paint, we found zero evidence of any prior accidents. The 993 comes with its original factory books and records and tool kit. The power convertible top is in nice condition and has a factory wind deflector, and matching black boot cover. As with all of our Porsches the 993 has been fully serviced and inspected by Weekend Rides.
